Six Gama Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules & Player Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Six Gama website, mobile application and all related services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing any part of the Platform, registering an account or placing any wager, you are entering into a binding agreement with Six Gama and confirming that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use Six Gama, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Six Gama is strictly an adult platform and does not knowingly allow minors to participate.
• Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use online gaming services.
• Account limit: You must not already hold an active Six Gama account. Only one account is permitted per person, per household and per device.
• Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order at the time of registration or subsequent use.

Six Gama reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any point. If satisfactory proof is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, the account may be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued during a period of unverified use may be withheld until identity is confirmed.

3 Account Registration

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Six Gama will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your password secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify support immediately through the in-app live chat.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable — you may not allow any other person to use your account.
• You must keep your contact details current so that Six Gama can reach you regarding account activity.
• Six Gama may, at its discretion, refuse to open an account or close an existing account without providing a detailed reason.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on Six Gama are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and approved mobile wallets. You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned or subject to additional verification.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may be subject to change, and Six Gama will endeavour to notify you of any material changes in advance.

• Deposits are typically reflected in your Six Gama balance within seconds for JazzCash and Easypaisa.
• Bank transfers and some card deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• Six Gama does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• You must not deposit funds that are derived from illegal activities. Six Gama may report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable regulations.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. If this is not feasible, you will be asked to provide an alternative verified PKR account in your own name. Six Gama does not make payments to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account identity verification must be complete. Six Gama may require you to submit a copy of your national identity card (CNIC) or other satisfactory proof of identity and address. This is a standard measure to prevent fraud and is applied consistently across all accounts.

• Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount as displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Processing times vary by method but most withdrawals are completed within one to three business days.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable — full details are provided at the time each bonus is issued.
• Six Gama reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Six Gama offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, qualifying games, minimum deposit thresholds and expiry dates. These specific terms are presented at the time each promotion is communicated to you and form part of your agreement with Six Gama.

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Six Gama reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that it reasonably believes has been claimed by exploiting a technical error, loophole or in bad faith.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period stated for each offer. Unmet wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance expiring.
• Where a deposit bonus is offered, the bonus and any associated winnings are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Six Gama may at its discretion modify or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the Six Gama platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check the details of each bet before confirming. Bets placed on the wrong market, at the wrong stake or on the incorrect outcome cannot be reversed after confirmation except in cases where a clear and demonstrable technical error on the platform's part is identified.

Sports betting markets — including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football and esports — are subject to the specific rules of each sport and event. In cases where an event is cancelled, abandoned, postponed or otherwise affected, the applicable settling rules will depend on the nature of the event and will be communicated transparently in your bet history.

• Six Gama uses odds supplied by established providers; these are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the platform and may be suspended at any time during an event.
• Slot, fish game, bingo and casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Results cannot be influenced by the player or the platform.
• Six Gama is not responsible for connectivity issues on your end that affect a bet or game session already in progress.

8 Responsible Gaming

Six Gama is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all areas of the platform. Gaming and sports betting should always be approached as entertainment within a budget you have set and are comfortable with — never as a means to generate income or recover previous losses.

The following tools are available to all registered players directly from the account settings section of the app or website:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much PKR you can add to your balance. Limits can only be reduced immediately; increases take effect after a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a playing session of your chosen duration so you stay aware of how long you have been on the platform.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or indefinitely lock your account. During a self-exclusion period, deposits, logins and marketing communications are all suspended.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen prompts that show your session duration and net balance movement.

Six Gama encourages players to use these tools proactively rather than reactively. 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Six Gama. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one account per person is not permitted under any circumstances.
• Underage use: Attempting to register or use the platform while under 18 years of age.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Bonus abuse: Deliberately exploiting promotions, welcome offers or reload bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated play or any other manipulative method.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to interact with the platform in place of genuine manual play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in a way that gives an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Platform interference: Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, disrupt or manipulate the platform's software, servers or data in any way.
• Money laundering: Using Six Gama for the purpose of placing, layering or integrating proceeds from illegal activity.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Six Gama platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, game graphics, written content, promotional materials and software — is the exclusive property of Six Gama or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent from Six Gama.

11 Limitation of Liability

Six Gama provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. While we make every effort to maintain a stable and reliable service, planned maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

• Six Gama is not liable for any loss of winnings, data or opportunity resulting from platform downtime, connection issues or technical errors — except where such errors are directly attributable to Six Gama and result in a provable financial discrepancy in your account.
• Six Gama is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you in connection with these Terms, in any single calendar month, shall not exceed the total deposits you made to your Six Gama account in that same month.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Account Termination

You may close your Six Gama account at any time by contacting support through the in-app live chat. Upon closure, any remaining verified and withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your registered PKR payment method after any applicable verification steps are completed.

Six Gama reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, Six Gama may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, any bonus-derived or fraudulently obtained funds may be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds that were not involved in the breach will be returned.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Six Gama reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via an in-app notification or email to the address on file. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the platform after any amendment has been communicated constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
